Ono Academic College offers a three-year graduate program in Visual Art Therapy, taught in English for the first year.
The program provides in-depth training for professionals who wish to work in clinical, educational, and rehabilitation settings. The program combines psychological theories, psychotherapy techniques, and hands-on artistic practice, preparing students to use visual arts as therapeutic tools to support emotional and psychological growth.
From the first year, students participate in structured, supervised clinical training, and gain expertise in trauma-informed therapy, group facilitation, and advanced art-based interventions. Graduates are prepared to work in hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers, and private practices.
Program duration: 3 years.
