Additionally, participants receive support from the "Gvahim" organisation for employment integration. Participants will meet new immigrants of their age from around the world and have the opportunity to build a life together in Israel.

Extra professional training in: The cyber security (march) and Digital Marketing (September) . Participants who successfully passed the screening stages: personal interviews and tests. Participation fee: 150 NIS only.

About the Program: This is an intensive Hebrew language course tailored for young academics. It includes preparation for the Israeli job market and job placement assistance. For participants enlisting or volunteering in the IDF, a unique preparatory program is available, offering support from the preparation stage through to enlistment. Those entering higher education institutions will receive support and guidance from Israel’s Student Authority for integration into studies. Participants will meet new immigrants of their age from around the world and have the opportunity to build a life together in Israel.

MBA at Ariel University, M.A. Program in Strategic & Digital Advertising

Duration: 5 months

Target Audience: Immigrants aged 18-35

Location: Sde Eliyahu, Ma'agan Michael, Tzuba, Ein HaShofet

Benefits: Subsidised accommodation in a unique, new, and high-quality campus that caters to the needs of young immigrants, full support and services from the kibbutz including meals, laundry, and access to all kibbutz facilities (swimming pool, gym, club, etc.)

About the Program: This is an intensive Hebrew language course combined with[V1]  volunteer work in various kibbutz sectors, support and assistance for integration into Israeli society, with a focus on employment, preparation for joining the IDF, and preparation for higher education. Young people who complete the programme and join the IDF can continue to live on campus during their military service.
