To help you sound like a local, we’ve made it a priority to provide a variety of digital options to allow every Oleh to begin learning Hebrew before arriving in Israel and receive tools to study however is most convenient way for them.

Significant Rent Subsidies for Two Years Offered by the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration!
We are excited to announce a revolution in housing grants for new Olim (new immigrants) to Israel!
Starting today – a larger monthly housing grant!
If you do not own an apartment in Israel, you can receive an increased monthly housing grant for two years!
As part of the national effort to encourage Aliyah and support optimal integration into Israel, the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, in partnership with the Israel Tax Authority and the Ministry of Finance, offers a significant tax benefit when buying your first property.
As new Olim, you will be exempt from purchase tax on the portion of a property’s value up to 1,978,745 NIS. For the portion valued between 2 million and 6 million NIS, you will pay 0.5% tax, and standard tax rates will apply above 6 million NIS. The exemption does not apply to properties worth more than 20 million NIS.
*The benefit is available for up to seven years after your Aliyah and applies to the purchase of your first property in Israel.

Are you a student enrolled with the Israel Student Authority’s Academic Integration programs?
Great news! You can receive a monthly housing grant of up to 1,500 NIS, for up to two years, regardless of your area of residence.
This grant is provided as a supplement to the rent assistance you receive from the Ministry of Housing.
